About 1860. Three storeys and hipped slate roof. Stuccoed. Eaves cornice. Dentil band. Ground floor French windows with semi-circular wrought iron balconies. Side elevation has a rusticated neo-baroque staircase. Ground floor round headed arch with pediment over. Balustrades.
