Built 1893 for William Willett by Ernest Newton. Two storeys and attics. Ground floor brick, first floor tile hung. Hipped blue tiled roof with three dormers, one containing a venetian window. Three mullioned and transomed windows, the central one a bay through ground and first floors. The left side doorcase has a curved hood over with tuscan columns below. Pargetting of putti and coat of arms in tympanum. To the right hand side is a two storey portion of lower elevation but in the same style of one bay.
