House. Early C19. Brick with stone dressings, hipped slate
roof. 3 storeys and basement, 5 bays, 2 bays to St. Anne
Street. 1st floor sill band, top cornice. Windows have
wedge lintels and are sashed without glazing bars. Ground
floor windows boarded (1984), 2 blind windows to 2nd bay.
3rd bay has round-headed entrance, doorcase lacks columns,
door and fanlight boarded. Inserted door at end. Plain
iron area railings to St. Anne Street. Mid C19, brick, 3
storeys, band. New door with fluted Doric columns to jambs,
cornice, semi-circular fanlight with glazing bars; another
door to right. 5 windows above.
