2 shops and offices. Late C18, altered C20. Squared limestone
rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings. Collyweston slate roof
with stone coped gables, 2 ashlar gable stacks with moulded
cornices. 2 storey with attics, 3 bay front with first floor
cill band and dentillated timber cornice. Central 8 panel door
in panelled reveal, moulded and eared stone surround with reeded
and paterae frieze and dentillated cornice, flanked by single
large C20 bow windows. To first floor 3 glazing bar sashes with
moulded stone architraves. In the roof at eaves level are 3
gabled dormers with glazing bar sashes, moulded eaves,
Collyweston slate cheeks. Interior has swept stair with narrow
moulded balusters and wreathed handrail.
