House, formerly farmhouse. Dated 1835. Red brick in Flemish bond, slate roof, brick end chimney stacks. T-plan. 2-storey, 3-window range. Central 6- panel, part-glazed door with overlight in gabled brick porch with chamfered sandstone doorway with 4-centred head, qoins and sandstone-coped gable with kneelers and finial. 3-light casement windows to ground & first floors left and right with flat-arched heads. Similar 2-light window to 1st floor centre. Stone-coped gables with kneelers. (Photo Sept 2007).
