Stoneleigh

A Grade II Listed Building in Scalford, Leicestershire

Stoneleigh, 10 South Street, Scalford

Uploader's Comments

Cottage with C17 origins, built of courses of large, then small, blocks of ironstone. Hipped dormer windows. Welsh slate roofs. The plinth has been refaced with C19 engineering brick. Expect the original roof to have been thatched, and the dormers of wood. (Photo Jun 2014).
