House, dated 1767 on a tablet set into a band. Red brick and Welsh slate roof with brick end chimney stacks. Brick band and moulded brick cornice. Two and a half storeys of three horizontal sliding sash windows with top lights. Cambered lintels both floors. Central moulded doorcase with 6-panelled door: the upper 4 panels glazed. Three hipped dormers each with horizontal sliding sash window. (Photo Oct 2012).
