Late C19. Red brick with painted stone dressings. Slate roof. Four storeys and attic. Four windows. Rectangular windows in moulded stone architrave containing casements. Second floor windows have continuous narrow balcony on large brackets.Moulded string courses. Smaller attic windows with small gables over with stone coping and ball-finials. Large shop being fitted at time of survey 1973. Included for group value.

All listed buildings on east side of Market Place form a group.
