Garden room and wall of C17/C18. Coursed rubble stone and C20 tile roof.
Dividing the garden from Lyndon Road a stone coped wall c1½m high with,
at its left end, a 1½ storey garden room. On the left end of this a
2-light stone mullion window and similar with stone doorway to rear.
The wall has a pedestrian gateway at its mid-point, the moulded piers
of which may have originally been the bases of door jambs.
