House, now shop and offices. 1 building with No 148 (q.v.) C18, raised and remodelled early C19. Diaper brick with quoins and stone window dressings. Hipped slate roof. 3 storey. Ground floor C19 shop window. Central doors between 4 arched lights. Pilaster ends and fascia. First floor 3 bays margin glazed sashes in architraves, with bracketed sills and entablature with flat cornice. Second floor as below but without cornice. Moulded eaves.
