House, probably C17, altered in later C19, rendered rubble stone
with stone tiled roof, coped gables and west end stack. Two
storeys and attic. Three raking dormers on south side. Flush
quoins. East end wall to High Street has apex oval light, attic 2-
light recessed chamfered mullion window with hood, first floor 5-
pane C19 sash in flush ashlar surround and ground floor C19 shop
window with side pilasters and fascia over. Four-window range
front to Pickwick Road, 4 first floor C19 five-pane sashes in flush
ashlar surrounds and additional small similar sash between right
pair of windows. Ground floor has rubble stone plinth, C19 shop
window and door to left in C19 painted ashlar surround to No 1, C20
window in C19 ashlar surround and C19 shopfront to No 3.
