1854. 2 storeys wide ashlar fronted single bay building with single storey side
wings intended for magistrates' court and latterly a public house. Ground floor
draughted: 3 grouped round headed windows in centre with raised surrounds, panelled
aprons and keys; flanking doorways with struck voussoirs (blocked to right). Moulded
string and cill courses to first floor. Tripartite window with panelled pilasters
and segmental pediment to centre on 1st floor. Sash windows with plate glass.
1st floor has draughted side piers, frieze and cornice with moulded cast iron gutter
returned to left and right. Decorative panel over single storey wing to right
with "Hall" in raised letters, similar panel to left replaced by 3 modern casement
lavatory windows.
