GV II

House. C17, altered and extended early C19. C17 range probably sandstone, now
rendered to front, with brick in Flemish bond with dentilled eaves cornice to
rear. C20 -ile roof with large offset sandstone end stack to right, with C20
brick flue. Originally a 2-unit plan. 2 storeys plus attic; 2-window range of
C19 canted bays to ground and first floor right and 2-light casement to left.
One C20 gabled dormer. Early C19 left facade-has 16-pane sashes to ground and
first floor left, with 2- and 3-light casements to remaining openings.
6-panelled door with pilaster surround and pediment. Interior: noted as having
chamfered spine beam and open fireplace with chamfered timber bressumer in C17
range.
