Farmhouse. c.1800. Brick, in Flemish garden wall bond with plinth, and gables
with kneelers and dentilled eaves cornice. Slate roof, laid in diminishing
courses, with brick end stacks. 2 storeys. 3-window range. 2-unit plan. To
centre a C20 floor with original fanlight. C20 brick and glazed gabled porch. To
ground and first floor left and right a 3-light casement. 2-light casement to
centre of first floor. All windows have segmental brick arches. Brick range
attached to left. Interior not inspected.
