Pair of estate cottages. c1870. Diaper brick with buff brick
dressings and decoration. Two-storey, each cottage of 1 bay with
lateral entrance. Door to No 87 in recessed porch, probably the
original arrangement. Diamond lattice margin glazed iron windows,
one to rear replaced. Left gable rendered, right with headers in
diamond pattern. The last pair of the group to be built.
