Early C19 front. Red brick, old tiled roof with parapet. 2 storeys and attics, 2 double hung sash windows in reveals with glazing bars, sills and flat arches. Stone step up to 5 paneled door with flush lower panel, glass fillings to 2 upper panels; bracketed cornice hood. On left hand plain door with cambered relieving arch over. Bands at 1st floor and cornice levels, one painted. 2 segmentally roofed sliding casement 2 light dormer windows.

Nos 35 to 37 (consec), The Church Loft, Nos 45 to 54 (consec), Nos 56 to 59 (consec), Steps House, The Plough Inn, The Apple Orchard, The Old Smithy, West Wycombe Estate Office, Rose Cottage and Ness Cottage form a group.
