House with shop. Mid C19. Painted stucco, slate roof with
stack to rear left. 2-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys; 3-window range. Moulded architraves to
6/1-pane sash windows, those to the centre are later C19,
narrower with horns to frames with segmental-arched glazing.
The shop front, probably original, has a moulded cornice to
the fascia, pilasters flanking the shop and a former 6-panel
door to the right, the 2 top panels now glazed as one, and
colonnettes with rounded caps and plinths to the angle of the
plate-glass window which cants back to a C20 door.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
