One of a pair of identical but detached houses. Mid C19. White
brick to front, red brick to sides and rear; slate roof with a
paired modillion eaves cornice.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and cellar. Flat pilasters at each of the
corners and on each side of the central doorcase and windows.
A raised brick band between the storeys. 3 window range:
12-paned sashes in plain deep reveals with gauged heads.
Central door with 4 heavy raised fielded panels and a
rectangular fanlight, up steps. Doorcase with panelled
reveals, panelled pilasters and cornice.
