Pair of attached houses. c1850. Limestone ashlar with rendered
sides, party wall stack and slate hipped roof. Double-depth
plan. Each of 3 storeys and basement; 3-window range. A
symmetrical front with rendered outer entrance blocks set
back; architraves to the doorways, plate-glass overlights and
9-panel doors. The ashlar front has architraves to the
windows, console cornices to the ground and first floors, to
2/2-pane sashes with margin panes; plain outer windows.
