Early C19 stuccoed range of houses. Plain-tile roof with gabled ends. Three storeys. Five bays. Left-hand bay splayed forward. Sashes with glazing bars. Pilastered doorcases with console brackets supporting cornices, Nos. 72 and 74 have continuous cornice and blind fanlight. Later shop fronts much altered. Included for group value.
