Farmhouse. Early C17 or earlier, with C18 facade and C19 alterations.
Rear wall cement rendered above lean-to, and possibly timber framed.
Front elevation chequered red and grey brick. Right gable end rebuilt.
Plain tile roof. 2 storeys and attic on brick plinth. Plat band.
Projecting brick stack to left gable end. Three C19 gabled dormers
with plain bargeboards. Regular 5-window front of 12-pane sashes in open
boxes. Ground floor windows have rubbed brick voussoirs. Blocked 2-light
ovolo-moulded mullion first-floor rear window . Central half-glazed door
with segmental head and flat bracketed hood. Rear lean-to. Interior not
inspected.
