Chest tomb. Early to mid-C19. Sandstone ashlar. Moulded plinth, sunken
side-panels with wide shallow-incised borders and flanking fluted pilaster
strips, raised end panels, shaped quarter corner-balusters, chevron-carved
frieze, and chamfered top. To Richard (died 1844) and Elizabeth (died 1850)
Edwards. A late but worthy example of a type found in this area [cf: Brown
memorial approximately 18 metres to North of North Porch and Gwilliam memorial
(q.v.)].
