Early C19. Originally a single dwelling and one of the houses built by the Darby
family. Red brick; 3 storeys; 3 sash windows in broad frames with keyblocks, channelled
lintels and stone sills; ground storey window with single glazing bars only, plain
doorway at centre with later door and lacking cornice hood; modillion eaves. Hipped
tile roof. North side has modern windows and doorway with porch.
