13/82 Spring Cottage

GV II

House, perhaps originally 2 cottages. Early C18. Coursed limestone rubble
with timber lintels; thatched roof with brick gable-stacks. 3-unit plan,
formerly one and units. 2 storeys plus attics. 3-window front of 3-light
casements at ground and first floor. Outer lintels extend over blocked doors;
entrance now to right in later gable outshut. Interior: Open fireplaces
with bressumers, chamfered and stopped beams, and stair rising to attics.
Cellar under central room.
