House. Late C17. Limestone rubble; thatched roof with brick stacks. 3-unit
gable-fronted plan. 2 storeys plus attics. 3-window front has central C20 stone
and tiled porch with old studded door with fleur-de-lys strap hinges. Further
blocked entrances to right and left, probably inserted. Irregular casement
windows. Left gable wall (street front) has casements to 3 floors and a stone
and tiled chimney projection (probably C18) with external brick stack. Roof is
half hipped with further stack to right of centre with two diagonal shafts.
Interior: Small open fireplaces; chamfered and stopped beam; timber-framed
partitions; steeply-pitched roof with 2 rows of straight windbraces.
