House and shop. Probably a later C18 front, which has been modernised, on
possibly an older house. 4-storeyed stuccoed timber-framing with a modillioned eaves
cornice and parapet. 2 cement-faced brick stacks. In the 1st and 2nd floors
are 4 sash windows in moulded frames, those in the 2nd floor having bracketed cills.
The upper floors have been converted to rooms for Brasenose College in 1929
and 1932. Modern shop front, roof not visible.
All the listed buildings on the North Side form a group.
