House and shop. Late C18 3-storeyed stuccoed timber-framing with 2-light
sashed dormers in a mansard Welsh slate roof. The first and 2nd floors have
2 sash windows in plain frames, those on the lst floor with moulded architraves.
The top floors were converted to rooms of Brasenose College in 1934. Modern
shopfront, 196l,
