2 houses, now 2 shops. Early C18, with early and late C19 and
mid C20 alterations. Brick with stucco front, stone dressings
and steep pitched slate roof. Partial stone plinth, low coped
parapet, coped gables, 2 gable and single ridge stacks. 2
storeys; 4 window range of glazing bar sashes, the left pair
replaced by a mid C20 shop window. Above, 4 low pitched gabled
dormers with C20 casements. To left, altered late C19
shopfront with cornice and off-centre door flanked by single
windows. To right, a similar shopfront with central door
flanked by single C20 glazing bar shop windows.
