House, now subdivided. Mid C18 with near-contemporary outshuts on east and
north, and early C19 rear wing. Rubble with tooled quoins and dressings, main
block rendered and whitewashed; Welsh slate roof with brick stacks.
Main block 3 storeys, 3 bays, symmetrical. Raised quoins. Central flush-
panelled door, with margined overlight, in raised alternating-block surround;
12-pane sash over and 6-pane 2nd floor sash. Flanking bays have tripartite
sashes to lower floors and Diocletian windows above. All windows in raised
stone surrounds. Hipped roof; 2 large stacks, right corniced and left rebuilt,
on rear slope; corniced lateral stack on left. End of outshut on left has
ground and 1st floor 12-pane sashes in raised stone surrounds
Left return shows 2-panel door in alternating-block surround with 8-pane sash
window above. Right return shows 2-storey canted bay with French window, 12-
pane sashes and pyramidal roof; further 12-pane sashes in outshut and rear
wing to right.
