Early C19. Originally the Duchess School. 2+2+3 windows. Two storeys. Ashlar
built. South block taller and at a slight angle. Slate roofs with raised verged.
One brick and 2 rendered chimneys. Late glazed sash windows on south block; glazing
bars on rest. Northern house (of Mr Wilkinson) has glazed and gabled porch; southern
house (of Mr Sparks) has blocked door to west and is entered from south.
