Cottage. Late C17/early C18, raised early C19. Coursed squared ironstone, slate
roof, brick end stacks. 2-unit lobby-entry plan. 3-storey, 2-window range.
4-panel door to left with overlight and stop-chamfered wood lintel. 3-light
leaded window to right with stop-chamfered wood lintel. 2-light ovolo-moulded
stone mullion window to right of centre and 1-light window to far right with
stop-chamfered wood lintel. 3-light leaded casement to first floor left, similar
2-light window to first floor right, both with stop-chamfered wood lintel.
Quoins, storey bands and stone-coped gables with kneelers. Interior has
chamfered spine beam, open fireplace with cambered stop-chamfered bressumer,
fitted cupboard with shaped shelves, and old stud partition.
