House. Dated 1735, altered C20. Coursed squared ironstone, C20 plain-tile roof,
brick end stacks. 2-unit plan. 2-storey, 2-window range. Central blocked door.
20-pane sash windows to ground and first floor windows with flat-arched heads to
ground floor, stop-chamfered wood lintels to first floor, Worn datestone between
first floor windows inscribed R/TT/1735. Single-storey lean-to extension to
left, single-storey extension to right with slate roof. Interior has a
stop-chamfered spine beam and open fireplace with chamfered bressumer. Formerly
thatched.
