Pair of cottages. Late C17, altered C19 and C20. Coursed ironstone and
limestone rubble, thatch roof, brick ridge and end stacks to left, stone end
stack to right. 2-unit plans. 2-storey, 5-window range. C20 door to left of
centre with wood lintel, and thatched hood. 3-light C20 casement window to
ground floor left, similar 2-light casement to right of door, both with wood
lintels. Fire window to ground floor centre 3-light casement to ground floor
right of centre and 2-light casement to ground floor far right, all with wood
lintels and in eyebrow dormers. Entrance to No 3 to rear No 1 has chamfered
spine beams and two open fireplaces with chamfered bressumers. No 3 has open
fireplace with chamfered bressumer.
