1815. A large pleasing house in prominent position. Amber brick. 3 storeys.
5 windows, sash, with glazing bars, including 2 window bow full height each
side of centre with glazed door on to garden. Windows with gauged flat arches.
Floor bands. Fluted Greek Doric columns to porch with iron balustrade above
forming a balcony in front of 1st floor centre window. Slate roof. Moulded
cornice, continued around the building.
