House, now offices. C18. Red brick with painted plinth and rendered right
bay on ground floor. Roof not visible. 3 storeys and basement; 7 first and
second-floor windows. 3 stone steps up to central (formerly double-leaf) door
with 4 raised and fielded panels and 2 glazed lights in panelled reveals. 2
Tuscan half-columns support pediment. Right bay (slightly recessed) has C19
half-glazed door with segmental head. Left bay has plain (sealed) door with
overlight and glazing bars in simple moulded doorcase. Large paned sash
windows have flat gauged brick arches; 16-pane sashes to left bay. 2 lead
downpipes. Modillion cornice. One gable-end chimney; one ridge stack.
