House. Probably C15, with later alterations. Timber framed, partly
rebuilt in brick; plain tile roof; brick ridge stack and corner stack.
Aligned east-west facing north; 3 bays, former open hall in central bay,
solar bay to east, cross-passage within the western bay blocked by a C17
chimney to form a lobby-entry. 2 storeys and gable-lit attic; 3 windows,
C20 casements with latticed panes, small blocked window to first floor
right and blocked oriel window to first floor left retaining projecting
sill supported by a shaped bracket; central C20 door Framing: closely
spaced studs a full storey in height to the front, the rear has square
panels and a long curved tension brace.
