Shops and offices. Mid C19, altered C20. Ashlar, roof not
visible. 3 storeys, 3 first-floor windows. C20 shop facades.
1st floor: tripartite windows with cornices and segmental
pediment over centre supported on console brackets, panelled
aprons. 2nd floor: 3-light windows in moulded architraves,
plate-glass sashes throughout. Rusticated quoins right,
moulded cornice at 1st-floor and string at 2nd-floor levels,
modillion eaves cornice, blocking course with pierced panels
with guilloche decoration.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
