Walls with railings, piers and gates. 1858. Gritstone walls, cast-iron railings and gates, ashlar piers. Approx 120m long, enclosing N and E sides of the school grounds, Moorland Road and Clarendon Road. Square-section piers with plinth, chamfered shaft, stepped pyramid capstones. Low walls with chamfered copings, cusped openwork panels; gates right and far right: bars, dog bars, lock rails, cusped panels. Included for group value.
