In 1959 the Green Family took up Residence within the Chadwick Lodge Property. George William Green with his Wife Bridget Teresa Green (My Grandfather & Grandmother) brought up 6 Sons & 1 Daughter. George Green, Pauline Green, Martin Green (My Father), Paul Green, Shane Green, Michael Green & Sean Green. George William Green Worked for Joshua Tetley & Son as the Senior Brewer Previously the Green Family had Lived on Smeaton Street on Hunslet Road. Chadwick Lodge was the Centre of Family "Get Togethers" and Family Support. My Uncle Sean Died in the early 1980's, My Grandmother Died in 1985, My Grandfather Died in 1993 & Autie Pauline Died in 1996. From 1984 to 1993 I have fond childhood memories of Chadwick Lodge with it's Coal Fires, Georgian Design and Family Atmosphere. As of June 2007 Chadwick Lodge is a Publishing Firm & has been since 2001. Chadwick Lodge as been "Sand Blasted" to reveal it's original Light Stone Walls. Chadwick Lodge is a Grade II Listed Building.
