Boundary wall and arched gateway. Mid C19, later alterations.
Coursed squared and carved gritstone. Overall length approx
50m. Archway opposite west entrance to Mill Hill Chapel (qv)
has pointed chamfered arch with hoodmould under a steep gable;
flanking walls retain pierced cusping to balustrade; wall
ramps down with ground slope and is broken for access to
shopping precinct at south end.
Fragment of the wall which formerly ran the full length of the
Park Row frontage (shown on 1st series OS 1:500 maps).
