Pair of suburban villas. Mid C19. Flemish bond brown brick;
hipped grey slate roof.
2 storeys, 4 windows. Two 14-panel doors with a 1-pane
overlight in a stucco case with paired pilasters to each side
and centre; stone sills and cornice lintels to a slightly
recessed 12-pane sash each side of doors. 4 slightly recessed
12-pane sashes to first floor, under gauged brick flat arches.
Each end has 2 ground floor openings and a 12-pane first floor
sash.
INTERIORS not inspected
Nos 19 and 21, 23 and 25 and 27 and 29 Hamilton Street (qv)
are of the same design.
