House. Early C19. Flemish bond red brick front. Low-pitched slate roof with gabled ends. Brick axial or rear lateral stack. PLAN: Principal room at front with entrance on left. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys and basement. 2-window front. Canted bay window on right with 16-pane sash, on canted bay to basement below. Two 12-pane sashes on first floor with cambered brick arches and two smaller 6-pane sashes to second floor. Steps from street up to doorway on left with semi-circular fanlight with vertical glazing bars and C20 glazed door. INTERIOR not inspected.
