Wall formerly to Watergate House garden. Part c1820 contemporary with Watergate House (qv) and probably by Thomas Harrison, part earlier. Flemish bond brown brick on ashlar sandstone plinth to present Watergate House garden; sandstone squared rubble largely replaced in English garden wall bond brown brick to Norroy House (not included) with inserted arched opening. Plain sandstone coping. The wall, 8-12 feet high, steps down with the slope of the street.
