Warehouse, now converted as flats. c1860-70. Stock brick with
new roof extension.
Street front of 5 storeys, 6 bays with plain brick parapet.
Ground level now open to street, revealing internal cast-iron
columns supporting 1st floor. 2 hatch ranks (now adapted) and
windows with segmental, gauged-brick arches.
River front of 4 storeys, 7 bays has greater architectural
distinction. Ground floor segmental-headed windows with stone
sills contained in shallow, segmental-arched recesses. Above,
similar segmental-headed windows, those in outer pairs of bays
set in segmental-arched recesses rising through 3 storeys,
similar recesses in bays flanking centre rising through 1st
and 2nd floors only. New balconies attached to some openings.
At top, a full entablature with stucco frieze, moulded cornice
and blocking course.
Formerly joined to range on south side of street by gantry.
