2/62 Playford Farmhouse

Farmhouse, becoming derelict. Early C17. One-and-a-half storeys: basic 3-
cell plan. Timber-framed and plastered, with traces of old pargetting.
Pantiled roof. An internal chimney-stack with a rendered shaft and an end
stack on the west with a brick lean-to beyond it. 2 old 3-light casement
windows with cross-bars and 3 gabled dormers on the north front; one gabled
dormer on the rear. 2 plain doors, one half-glazed. The frame has full-
height studs, widely-spaced, and arched braces to the corners.
