C17 timber-framed cottage with white painted brick infill panels. Tiled roof with
gabled ends. One-storey and attic. Three window farm. Small casements with
glazing bars. Plain doorway to right of centre with plank door. Two gabled
dormers with casements. Rebuilt brick stack at centre. Modern glazed lean-to
at rear.
Including outbuilding adjoining rear (south) forming L-shaped plan, early C19 red
brick range with tiled roof with gabled end, moulded brick eaves course, one-storey
and attic. Outbuilding included for group value.
