Circa 1840 house of 3 storeys, 5 windows, large proportions. Cement with incised
lines. Fairly low pitched slated roof has deep eaves soffit with paired brackets.
Moulded architraves (those on first floor with ears and feet) to sash windows
with glazing bars on upper floors and to French windows below. Central round-headed
doorway with console bracketed architrave. Large rear extensions. Glass-roofed
pedimented porch on road front.
