2. C17 timber framed farmhouse and barn restored and modernised with an early C20 link between them. Some visible square framing with red brick filling and a tiled roof with tall chimneys whose shafts have interlaced brickwork between. Modern leaded casements. 2 storeys, 4 windows in the original house. The modern link is said to be by Sir E Lutyens and has a dramatic roof sweeping down to ground floor eaves level.

June Farm Cottage and June Farm form a group.
