Formerly the lodge of Merstham House. Late C17 house of 2 storeys and attic,
5 windows. Stuccoed front with 1st floor band andbrick dentil eaves cornice.
South wall of stone rubble with red brick dressings. Tiled roof with 2 C19 dormer
gables. Croisee casement windows with later brick relieving arches over on 1st
floor. C19 gabled porch.

The Old Manor. Court Cottage, North Cottage, St Nicholas Cottage, Priors' Mead,
and the Walls and Gate Piers to south-east of Priors' Mead form a group.
