House, part of terrace. Early C19. Stucco with coped parapet.
3 storeys and basement, 3 bays. Ionic prostyle porch to
central, 6-panel door with decorative fanlight and side lights
beneath segmental-arched opening. Moulded architraves to sash
windows with glazing bars, those to ground floor with
bracketed sills with key pattern moulding beneath. 1st-floor
centre window flanked by paired pilasters and with entablature
and scrolled cresting above. 1st-floor sill band with
rosettes.
